The Father Christmas Experience
Step into a little bit of Christmas magic at The Bedford Hotel, as the Lions Club of Tavistock brings you their wonderful Father Christmas Experience.
Expect twinkly festive fun, hands-on Christmas makes, and a cosy meet-and-greet with the big man himself - all wrapped up in a session designed to delight your little ones.
What to Expect
Each session includes:
Entrance to the grotto
Christmas cookie decorating
Customising a Christmas bauble
Making a Christmas cracker
A 10-minute meeting with Father Christmas
Each child receives an age-appropriate book, a surprise gift, and a printed photo with Father Christmas in a festive sleeve (a lovely keepsake) - and an “I've seen Father Christmas” sticker - which unlocks a special offer at The Bedford Hotel after the session.
With helpful elves along the way (and even Mrs Christmas joining the festivities), it’s a heart-warming Christmas outing for the whole family.
Saturday 13th, Sunday 14th, Saturday 20th, Sunday 21st December 2025
Session times: 10am, 11am, 12pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm
Duration: 50 minutes
Tickets:
£15 per child (aged 2 and above)
Under-2s £10 (as they are too young for crafts)
Spaces are limited, and must be booked online in advance.
