We will always do our very best to accommodate any accessibility needs you may have.
We have designated spaces in our car park for Blue Badge holders (subject to availability).
You will find step-free access from our car park to our lower ground floor lobby, which has a lift to ground floor level where all of our public areas are situated.
We have an accessible toilet on the ground floor, serving our main public areas.
We have a number of bedrooms on the ground floor, but there is no lift access to the first and second floors. Therefore, if you would have difficulty using the stairs, it's best to contact us directly when making your bedroom reservation, to ensure that we have a ground floor room available for you.

Designated accessible parking bays are available within 50 metres of the rear entrance.
There is a step-free route with a firm surface from the parking to the rear entrance.
There is step-free access to the rear entrance lobby. This is at lower ground floor level, and there is a lift to ground floor level.
All public areas are on the ground floor, with step-free access (plus a small ramp down to our Fountain Room function suite). There are also a number of bedrooms on the ground floor, with step-free access.
Several wheelchair-accessible bedroom to accommodate wheelchair users and others with mobility impairments.

Both double and twin bed configurations are available across wheelchair-accessible bedrooms. Not all configurations may be available in every room.
There is a fixed shower seat in one room.
General emergency evacuation plans are in place for disabled customers.
Gardens to the front and rear of the hotel.
Assistance dogs are very welcome. Water bowls can be provided, and assistance dogs are permitted in both our front garden and our rear Walled Garden.
There is 24-hour guest assistance available.
