Man sitting on a bench in a scenic outdoor setting, smiling while holding a small dog and reading a book titled 'Redline' by Terry Green.

Tavistock author Terry Green, best known as the voice of “Cashier Number Three, please”, will be making a guest appearance at The Bedford Hotel to discuss his new “life of crime”.

Join Terry, an amusing and entertaining raconteur, to hear about the twists and turns of his life and career that ultimately led to him writing his first crime thriller, “Redline”,  a fast and furious read set in the glamorous world of sports cars.

Terry will pepper his talk with anecdotes and the evening will be interspersed with extracts from Redline, read by Nigel Howells from the South West’s Moonstone Theatre Company.

Proceeds from ticket sales will go to the Mayor’s charity, Tavistock Library – a crucial community hub.

Food will be available to order from 6pm, and the bar will be open as usual.
