Our flagship function space is our bright and airy Gallery 26 - a striking contemporary space, with floor-to-ceiling windows, with original stone walls and beautiful stained glass providing a unique backdrop.

Celebration Dining
From an intimate family gathering to a grand celebration dinner, we offer a range of Celebration Dining options at The Bedford Hotel.
We can arrange private dining for you and your guests, and a delicious menu to suit your occasion. Our historic oak-panelled Tavistock Room is ideal for a private lunch or dinner for between 10 and 24, whilst our stylish Gallery 26 suite can comfortably seat 100. Our Events team would be delighted to assist with your plans.

Funeral Tea
We know that the loss of a loved one makes for such a difficult time, and we are pleased to offer our discrete assistance by providing a range of options to allow your family and friends to come together in relaxed and comfortable surroundings. Our Events team are on hand to help you plan your arrangements, and to ensure that everything on the day is as you would wish.
If you would find it more convenient, and to reduce the burden at this difficult time, we are very happy to co-ordinate arrangements with the nominated funeral director.

Conference Packages
All prices include VAT at 20%. Prices are subject to minimum numbers of delegates – our Events team will be pleased to advise you further. We can also provide a quote for your audio-visual requirements, and for any other facilities, equipment or activities you need.
Gallery 26
Gallery 26 is our largest conference space, and can comfortably seat 150 delegates theatre-style, or 100 delegates cabaret-style. This contemporary space in the heart of the historic hotel is filled with natural light and is air conditioned.
Enjoy award-winning conference dining, launch events and celebrations for up to 100 guests in Gallery 26.
The Portrait Room
The historic Portrait Room is an elegant space for a boardroom-style meeting for 20, or up to 50 delegates theatre-style. The adjoining veranda is a bright and airy space, opening onto the hotel’s front garden, providing a convenient break-out space or refreshment area.
The Tavistock Room
The Tavistock Room is a very elegant and historic oak-panelled room, and comfortably seats 24 for a boardroom-style meeting, lunch or dinner. This room can also be used theatre-style for up to 30.
The Carriage Room
The Carriage Room is a contemporary space with a boardroom table seating 12 delegates.
